How It Works
01 Comprehensive Training
Safety is our number one priority and we want your team to feel safe too.
That’s why we provide face-to-face training to your employees using a real excavator and jacking system, prior to renting our jacks for the first time.
This will give your team the competence and confidence to execute safe and efficient lifts on site.
02 Pre-Work Consultation
The Pakka Jacks team work with you to compile a complete list of equipment to suit the relevant excavator or shovel, including ancillary equipment for individual components.
We can also assist with sourcing engineering plans.
03 Delivery to Site
After thorough safety checks, we arrange for our jacks to be freighted to your specified location.
04 You Lift, We Support
Whilst your team does the heavy lifting, supply guided workflows for a smooth and efficient lifting process.
We are also available for troubleshooting via phone.
05 Undertake Scope of Works
The slew bearing, track frames and undercarriage can be removed.
Our track frame and slew bearing slides enable you to safely install the new components without suspended loads, ensuring a safe and efficient changeover.
06 While It's Up There
Pakka Jacks are a rated stand with side load capacity so other work can take place during the lift.
07 Lower Machine
The Pakka Jacks system lowers the machine safely and accurately.
08 Pack Down and Load
Once the job is completed, your team organises the pack-down of equipment and loading onto truck.
09 Freight Back to Depot
We organise the transport of our jacks back to our depot for cleaning and preparation for the next lift!
